Thousands of Better Nights Across the UK

“I've had osteoarthritis for years and the nights were unbearable. I was waking up 3 or 4 times, reaching for the ice pack every time. Since I started wearing Nørdic Compress, I sleep through the night. I genuinely can't believe the difference.”

“I was diagnosed with grade 2 OA last year and the nights have been rough ever since. Constant pain, waking up multiple times, couldn't find a comfortable position. A friend recommended Nørdic Compress and I decided to give it a try. Within a few nights I was sleeping so much better. Still have OA obviously but at least I can sleep through now. Really wish I'd found this sooner.”

“I actually own two of these now. One I wear at night to sleep without being woken up by my knee pain, and one I keep for daytime use. The difference in my mobility throughout the day has been just as noticeable. I walk better, I go up and down stairs with so much less discomfort. It's become part of my daily routine.”

“I'm 62 and my knees have been giving me grief for a while now. Bought a pair to see if it would help with my daily walks. Honestly didn't expect much. But it's made a real difference. I can walk properly again without thinking about every step. Glad I gave it a go.”

“I used to heat up my pad before bed every night, fall asleep, then wake up at 2 or 3am because it had gone cold and the pain was back. Then I'd have to get up, reheat it, wait for it to kick in... it was exhausting. A friend told me about Nørdic Compress and I honestly wish I'd found it sooner. I put it on before bed and that's it. No more getting up in the middle of the night. My husband says I don't toss and turn anymore either.”

“The moment I put it on, I could feel the difference. The pressure on my knee eased almost immediately. I was honestly not expecting it to work that fast. First night wearing it I slept 6 hours straight. Hadn't done that in months.”

“I still don't know exactly what's wrong with my knee, doctors haven't given me a clear answer yet. But every night I'd get this burning sensation that just wouldn't let me sleep. I'd tried everything. A colleague mentioned compression sleeves so I thought why not. Now I wear it every night and it's the only thing that actually settles that burning feeling. Finally getting some proper sleep again”

“Bone-on-bone OA in my right knee. My doctor said surgery was inevitable. In the meantime, this sleeve has been a lifesaver for my sleep. I go to bed without dreading the night ahead.”

“Went for a run a few weeks ago and my knee just started killing me out of nowhere. Never had issues before so it was a shock. The pain was waking me up at night and I couldn't figure out what to do. Started wearing Nørdic Compress to bed and it's calmed it right down. Still taking it easy but at least I'm sleeping properly again while it heals.”
Back to living your life, without the pain
The Nørdic Compress Knee Support applies graduated compression around the patella using our unique Active Knee Stabilization System™.
The targeted gel pad distributes pressure evenly across the kneecap, reducing joint stress during movement.
The result: less pain during activity, so you can run, cycle, hike or simply go about your day without your knee holding you back.
Recover faster. Get back stronger
Consistent compression increases blood circulation to the affected area, which is key to reducing inflammation and accelerating tissue recovery.
The Active Knee Stabilization System™ maintains this therapeutic pressure throughout wear, helping your body's natural healing process work more efficiently, so you spend less time recovering and more time doing what matters.
Built to protect. Designed to last
The dual side stabilisers limit lateral movement around the joint, reducing the risk of strain and injury during high-impact activities.
Combined with the gel patella pad, the Active Knee Stabilization System™ absorbs impact before it reaches the knee, giving you the structural support to train harder with confidence.
Stays in place. All day, every day
The built-in silicone anti-slip grip keeps the sleeve locked in position throughout the day. No slipping, no readjusting. The 83% nylon, 17% spandex construction provides consistent compression while remaining breathable, preventing heat build-up during extended wear.
Low-profile enough to fit under most clothing, it's designed for all-day use whether you're training, working or recovering.

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right size?
How do I choose the right size?
Measure the circumference of your upper thigh, 3” (or 8cm) above the centre of your kneecap, with your leg relaxed. Then match your measurement to our size guide. If you're between two sizes, size up for comfort. A correctly fitted sleeve should feel snug without restricting movement or circulation.
How do I wash it?
How do I wash it?
Machine wash at 40°C on a gentle cycle, hand wash preferred. Do not bleach, tumble dry or iron. Air dry flat to preserve the compression and shape.
How is it different from a basic knee sleeve?
How is it different from a basic knee sleeve?
A standard knee sleeve provides basic compression. The Nordic Compress Knee Support goes further. The gel patella pad targets pressure directly on the kneecap, while the side stabilisers reduce unwanted lateral movement. The result is noticeably more support and stability without sacrificing comfort or flexibility.
Can I wear it under clothing?
Can I wear it under clothing?
The sleeve is designed to be low-profile enough to wear under most clothing. Note that due to the gel patella pad and side stabilisers, it may be slightly more noticeable under very thin or tight fabrics like leggings.
Does it help with arthritis?
Does it help with arthritis?
Yes. The graduated compression helps reduce inflammation, improve circulation and ease joint discomfort, making it suitable for those managing arthritis or chronic knee pain. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice.
Will it stay in place during activity?

Absolutely. The Active Stabilization System™ was designed with active use in mind. The sleeve provides targeted support and stays in place during high-impact activities like running, making it a reliable option for training and recovery.
Can I wear it all day?
Can I wear it all day?
Yes, it's designed for extended wear. The breathable fabric prevents heat build-up and the ergonomic fit means it stays comfortable throughout the day, at work, at the gym or on the move.
Should I wear my knee sleeve before, during or after activity?
Should I wear my knee sleeve before, during or after activity?
All three. Wear it before activity to warm up the joint and prevent injury, during activity for support and stability, and after to reduce inflammation and aid recovery. For chronic pain, daily wear throughout the day is recommended.
